IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES DIVORCE:
Sometimes called "No-Fault Divorce, uncontested Divorce or ID Divorce"; this process puts both parties in control. As long as you and your spouse agree on the terms of your divorce regarding property, assets, liabilities, and the care of your children (if anny); the Judge will approve your divorce as you have both seen fit. This method of divorce is also preferable as it is easier on everyone involved (especially children, if any). It is the quickest pathway to a final divorce, requiring only 60 days if there are no children of the marriage and only 90 days if there are children of the marriage. And conveniently, it is THE CHEAPEST method of getting a divorce, costing only $1000.00 for a marriage without children and $1300.00 for a marriage with children.
While an attorney may only represent one party to a divorce on paper, we are more than willing and happy to guide both parties through this sensitive process after full consultation with both parties.
*Payment plans are available. This process can begin with a small down payment and the remaining balance can be satisfied at any time up until the final hearing for divorce.
We also handle uncontested, irreconcilable differences divorces in situations where for piece of mind, both parties wish to maintain their own separate attorney(s) in order to protect their own personal interests moving forward.
